- For the role on the front of the mug, please avoid entering your personalisation in block capitals as this may make the text difficult to read.
- The reverse of the mug can be personalised with a message over 4 lines up to 20 characters per line
- On the reverse all personalisation will automatically appear in UPPERCASE.
- Please refrain from using special characters as this may impair the quality of the personalisation and in some cases cause it to be missed off the product.
